    • Refunds and Cancellations

      All services are non-refundable unless otherwise stated. Cancellations or rescheduling must be made at least 48 hours prior to the appointment to avoid full charges. No-shows will be charged the full service cost.

    • Promotional Codes and Discounts

      Promotional codes are subject to restrictions, including expiration dates and non-combinability with other offers. Mosaic Health & Beauty reserves the right to cancel orders or refuse codes deemed fraudulent.

    • Gift Vouchers

      Gift vouchers are valid for 12 months from the date of purchase and may be used for services or products at Mosaic Health & Beauty. Cancellations within 48 hours or no-shows will void the voucher.

    • Treatments are subject to availability; advance booking is recommended.
    • Treatment series are valid for 12 months from purchase.
    • Late arrivals may result in shortened treatment times, with full charges applied.
    • Clients must have completed the required forms and have a valid payment method on file to be eligible to receive treatment.
